Program Development

AmWINS offers three primary options:

  • Match your client’s existing Medicare Advantage (MA/MAPD) or Medicare Supplemental (MS) and Medicare Part D benefits package
  • Create a custom Medicare Supplemental and Medicare Part D program built around your client’s unique retiree demographics
  • Create a custom program featuring up to three Medicare Supplemental plans and up to two Medicare Part D plans, along with access to the Medicare Exchange Marketplace

Our programs can be amended to include dental and/or vision coverage as well as our highly regarded Senior Assistance Program designed specifically for retirees.

Implementation and Enrollment

Implementation is handled in-house by dedicated, experienced Account Managers. Customized project plans, checkpoints and frequent communication ensures the build and implementation will be accurate and on time.

Our in-house communications team creates and distributes client-branded digital and print enrollment and educational materials, removing the burden from the client’s Human Resources department.

Administration and Customer Advocacy

Policy and billing administration is handled by in-house Relationship Managers, further reducing Human Resources involvement. Our in-house Call Center is staffed with licensed, Medicare-trained Benefit Specialists with an average of five years of experience. Benefit Specialists advocate for retirees when claim or legal issues arise. They also receive specialized training to assist seniors with diminished faculties.
